Brawley Case Details Sought

LEAD: The New York Daily News asked the State Supreme Court in Manhattan Friday to force a special prosecutor, Charles J. Hynes, to disclose details of his inquiry into the source of a disclosure to The New York Times in the Tawana Brawley case last year. Mr. Hynes said in January that he could not establish how The Times obtained summaries of evidence in the case.

'Reformed' Man Back in Jail
