Pol and religious figures critical of Govt of South Korean Pres Park Chung Hee appeal for end to conflict between Dong-A Ilbo publisher and reporters who have seized its premises; opposition New Dem party leader Kim Yong Sam says collapse of Dong-A Ilbo will mean end to hope of democracy for Korea; reporters who seized newspaper say they believe publisher may be seeking to compromise with Govt; charge he had been influenced by Govt to dismiss 20 newsmen early in wk and demand he reinstate them and 17 others who were dropped after seizure of paper began; action by newsmen is part of revolt at other papers as well as reporters demanding right to rept all news; reporters also indicate their ultimate objective is to win right to organize trade union; on Mar 13, about 300 newsmen from 6 natl dailies meet to accuse Govt and publishers alike; resolve to begin money collection to support dismissed journalists (M)
