Mrs K Graham, publisher of Washington Post, discloses on July 29 in NBC int that after Sup Ct decision allowing publication of Pentagon papers, Justice Dept, through then Atty Gen R Kleindienst, threatened newspaper with criminal prosecution if it did not return documents; Kleindienst sent message to K W Clawson of Post's natl bur during summer of '71; Graham says that Kleindienst had suggested that if criminal cases against Post were successful they might jeopardize licenses of paper's 3 TV stations
